Get to know me

Hello, my name is Emily and i am the owner and maker of Crazy Cracker Creates. i am a late 30s mum to 4 energetic teenagers and 2 furry feline family members. We live in Ballarat which is a country city in Victoria, Australia. I have always had a crafty creative side that has needed an outlet and i have sensitive skin. I decided to combine these things by making my own bath and body products, some of which you will see for sale here (bath bombs, sugar scrubs, soaps ect). I liked them so much that i shared them with family and friends, they loved them so much that they encouraged me to start a small business and start selling them so i did. Crazy Cracker Creates was born, i named it that because my dad used to always call me a crazy cracker and i guess it stuck.

I found that i have a lot of interests and desires to create, and i can never seem to just be happy sticking to the one (i know there must be others like me who started every craft imaginable hehe) so Crazy Cracker Creates will have a lot of my interests in its catagories. For example i have a love of crystals so have made crystal jewellery and accessories, i love dungeons and dragons so have made dice roller potions, dice soaps and DND accessories. I enjoy UVDTF so have made mugs, drink bottles and keychains, and im a spicy book girly through and through, so naturally i have made bookish themed items as well.

Some of my goals are to go on a holiday with the kids up to queensland where my family used to take me as a kid and i havent been on a holiday in years. G et a new car as mines on the way out, get out of the rental market and finally own my own home, and make and create to my hearts content. Sadly these are very VERY far off goals (except the crafty bit, i fit that in around my busy life now hehe) but i hope that if my little business does well that i might be able to work towards them. i dont mind if it takes a long time as long as im having fun creating along the way.

My hope is that you will enjoy looking around my shop, saying hi and possibly finding a treasure or 2. I have a channel on youtube (Crazy Cracker Plans) where i share my planning and budgeting journey and i hope you come say hello and stick around for a while.
