Yes we offer international shipping to many countries. Shipping cost and delivery times will vary greatly depending on destination and weight of package.
unfortunately international shipping does not qualify for the free shipping over $99 deal does not qualify due to the vastly varied cost of shipping over seas.
Order processing varies from 2-4 business days for general items and upto 2 weeks for custom items. Delivery time varies based on your location and the shipping method at checkout. If your order is needing to be rushed, feel free to send us an email and we will see if there is anything we can do to speed it up for you. (rush charges maybe incurred)
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase, if for any reason you are not satisfied, We accept exchanges or return for credit within 14 days of receiving your order, excluding custom or personalised orders, special orders and sale items.
To be eligible for an exchange or return for credit, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, unopened, and in its original packaging. you will also need your receipt for proof of purchase.

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. you can use this number to track your package on our shipping providers website.
We are a very small business just starting out so the packaging we can afford to use at this stage is limited. we use brown corrugated paper with tissue paper and cardboard boxes. for smaller packages we do use bubble wrap shipping bags and for breakable items we add recycled bubble wrap to keep your packages safe. we hope to in the future be able to use more eco friendly packaging.
